Batch & Bowl started because we were tired of two extremes: either chaotic weeknights ending in takeout, or those Instagram meal-prep grids that look beautiful on Sunday and taste like cardboard by Wednesday.
We are home cooks, not chefs, with full-time jobs and limited patience. So we built a method around components instead of complete identical meals: cook a few proteins, grains, and sauces once, then mix and match them into different dinners so you never get bored.
