The Sunny Sill began on a third-floor apartment ledge that got barely four hours of sun. After killing more basil than we care to admit, we learned what actually keeps indoor herbs alive: the right pot, honest light expectations, and a watering rhythm you can stick to.
We are not a nursery and we do not sell plants. We are home cooks who got tired of paying supermarket prices for a bunch of cilantro that wilts in two days, so we figured out how to grow our own on a windowsill instead.
Everything here is tested in real homes with real light problems. If an herb is genuinely hard to grow indoors, we will tell you, and point you to one that is easier.
